This policy covers myself in the case of no shows and last minute cancellations. Please ensure you read the policy carefully. When these do happen it has such a negative impact on my business in so many ways. I kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible. Please also make me aware if you need to adjust or reschedule your treatments in any way. Making any of these last minute adjustments can change the structure of my day and how I manage my appointments.   

I understand sometimes cancellations are out of clients control and I will empathise with certain circumstances. However, as stated above this policy will be upheld. You may cancel by text, phone, email or messaging The Little Beautician Facebook/Instagram page.
